We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any cancellations once an order has been shipped
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
Returns are accepted exclusively for products that remain in their original, factory-sealed packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item cannot be returned or replaced unless a quality defect is present
If your item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, or your received item does not match the order, please email us : service@ranoofficial.com

Return Process
To request a return, please:
contact our customer service via email, providing your order number and proof photos or unboxing video of the product’s condition. Our customer service team will follow up for verification and handle your case accordingly
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address
For a seamless return experience, please ensure all items are securely repackaged prior to shipment. Please note that returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on the part of rano, shipping costs will be covered by rano.
If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility
Refunds & Exchanges
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and send you a confirmation of its arrival. Following the inspection, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several days for the credit to appear, as processing times vary by your card issuer

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following:
-products that show signs of use
-items damaged as a result of customer mishandling
-promotional, discounted, or clearance merchandise (unless a manufacturing defect is present)
